Due to the nature of our products, Luxury Candle Co., LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. You are encouraged to reach out and send an email to [jeremy@luxurycandlecompany.com] if you have any problems with your order.

Please allow the melt pool to cover the entire top of your luxury candle before putting it out.

If the flame starts to get too large or the wick begins to smoke, extinguish your luxury candle and trim the wick.

Do not allow your wick to curl over. This can create a larger than normal flame.

Never leave a candle burning unattended, near a draft, or in reach of children or pets.

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time or less than 2 hours. This will maximize the life of the candle.

Extinguish candles when only 1/4” of wax remains.

Do not pick up or handle a candle immediately after it’s been blown out.

When not in use, place the lid on your luxury candle to keep dust out and preserve the fragrance.

All paper materials included in shipping are 100% recyclable. Packing materials decompose in water leaving no toxic waste and are 100% FDA compliant.
